For software platforms

You set out to build software. Not a phone company.

Numbers, texting registration, email deliverability, consent, retries, webhooks, transcripts. Communications is a second product hiding inside yours. AutoChat runs it, so your team can get back to the first one.

The accidental telecom

Everything on the left is a project. On the right, it’s already running.

What you’d build

What the engine already does

Provision numbers for every customer
Hosted numbers per client, with each client's sending reputation kept separate
Stitch texts, calls and email to the right person
Identity resolution and one thread per person
Honour STOP, bounces and complaints everywhere
A consent gate before every send, which fails closed
Retry without double-texting anyone
Idempotent sends, safe to retry
Schedule reminders that plans can cancel
Scheduled sends, cancellable by ID or attribute, with stale sends skipped
Tell your app what happened
Signed webhooks for every event
Test without texting real people
Test keys that run the real pipeline in a sandbox
Bill each customer for their usage
Usage metered per client

Your data model

Your records stay yours.

Keep your customers in your own database if you prefer. AutoChat doesn’t need to become your system of record: it keeps a thin communications identity (enough to route, thread, de-duplicate and suppress), and nothing more.

Or hand the contacts to AutoChat’s CRM and let the engine hold the whole record. It’s your call, and you can make it per product.

Built on the engine

Platforms already running on it.

Barbershop platform

Barberi

Barberi runs its product’s communications on AutoChat as one workspace, with every barbershop it serves as its own client: its own numbers, its own reputation and its own records.

Platform

Huddles

Huddles runs on AutoChat as its own workspace, with the engine underneath and its product on top.
